CURRENT JOB DESCRIPTION

POSITION                 :           Senior Planner (ADP Projects)

Duties and responsibilities:

1.         Technical Performance

  • Have an excellent knowledge of PMBOK
  • Responsible for implementing Primavera P6 for ADP Projects. Designing of data base and implementing.
  • Produce high quality project schedules for the entire project life cycle, concept to commissioning.
  • Updating all projects schedules on a weekly basis using MS Projects and Primavera P6.
  • Generating of CPI, SPI, Earned Value, staffing, progress and cash flow curves.
  • Setting up of Earned Value and managing through the entire project.
  • Reporting on Earned Value and reimbursable projects.
  • Compile man hour estimates for study and implementation projects.
  • Generating of detail month end reports to all clients.
  • Liaising with project team members and contractors on a weekly basis for progress updates and reports. This includes manufacturing, SMPP, Civils and E&I contractors.
  • Attent all project management meetings and report on project progress.
