I have more than 20 years of experience in project management and particularly in project controls, I successfully planned (using Primavera P3, P6 latest Versions). I have more than 10 years of Forensic Planning experience on both Contractor and Employer/ Client sides.
Currently I have been doing Extension of Time claims determinations for the Employer (Millennium Challenge Account – Zambia). The Water and Sanitation programme for the City of Lusaka has 9 major packages allocated to 5 contracts (all FIDIC Red Book Contracts).
I planned/ review mining projects (Underground and Open Cast) Programmes for Anglo American (Anglo Coal from February 2011 to July 2016) from Concept to Implementation.
I compiled programmes and claims for Extension of Time (EOTs) for fit-out contractors in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Singapore. I programmed and controlled multi millions dollar projects in South Africa (Cape Town, Witbank, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth...)
I have completed projects in Southern Africa (Cape Town, Johannesburg, Witbank and Pretoria and now in Lusaka as a Senior Planner), Middle East (Dubai and Abu Dhabi as Planning Manager), and South East Asia (Singapore as Planning Manager).
I compiled feasibility studies (including Discounted Cashflows, marketing studies...) for shopping centres, mixed used service stations and housing development (sectional titles and free hold).
I will use my experience to provide project management services your client to very best of my abilities.
