Project Controls Engineer/Manager
As a Civil Engineer I have more than 4 years of experience in the construction and engineering sectors. My areas of expertise include civil engineering, contract administration, claims analysis, cost engineering, planning and scheduling. I worked for severeal projects consist of bridges, water supply and desalination facilities, hydroelectric power plants and dams, educational facilities, hospitals and healthcare facilities, residential and commercial office buildings, pipelines, civil buildings, and high-rise buildings in Azerbaijan, Libya, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey.
Currently, i am responsible to oversee project controls by monitoring schedules and updating management on project progress, administering document control and information systems, and verifying project adherence to contracts. I was responsible for the cost control and planning of the civil, electrical, architectural, and mechanical aspects of various construction projects. I coordinated the tender stage; established schedules; forecasted budgets, change orders, and cash flow; and compiled tender documents, contracts, change orders, and variations. In addition to liaising with project personnel, I also monitored and controlled project progress, prepared time impact analysis and claims, calculated payment certificates, and generated productivity reports. My skills also include unit price and target price analysis and value engineering. I am specialized in computer software skills include Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD.
