BSGR Guinea project (Feasibility Study)
n Schedule the feasibility study activities for all the consultants on the study.
n Integrate the budget and the schedule using the WBS and CBS to forecast a reliable cash flow for the execution phase.
n Manage the master schedule for Bateman.
n Maintain sub consultants schedules and report on earned value.
n Attend progress meeting with the client (BSGR).
n Measure and report on overall earned value to the project manager and the client.
