I have graduate degree in Civil Engineering, MBA, Chartered Surveyor (MRICS), Certified Cost Professional (CCP) and Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification with 31 years of work experience (14 years in GCC - 7 years in Qatar & 7 yrs in UAE) gained on various large scale projects.
Projects executed include High Rise Buildings Residential & Commercial Complexes, Port & Marine Constructions, Oil & Gas Refinery, Infrastructure works, etc.
I have worked on various positions viz. Assistant Engineer, Civil Engineer, Cost Engineer, Sr. Contracts Engineer, Contracts Manager, Projects Coordinator, Site in-Charge, Assistant Manager, Manager, Chief Manager (Projects), Deputy General Manager (Projects) & currently working as Contracts Manager.
Project Management and Contract Management remain my core requirement of all my employments and assignments included roles for Pre-Contract as well Post-Contract stages and from sides of Contractor, Consultant and Client / Developer. I have worked in large organizations as well as start-up companies and can manage in different situations.
