Familiar with schedule techniques by using P3~6 and Microsoft project/excel etc.
Familiar with steps and sequences starting from the project conception to completion. Advance planning and scheduling whole EPC project deliverable activities with establishing reasonable duration and logical sequence.
General technical knowledge about building design, construction, cost estimate/control, contract management, safety and QA/QC management processes.
The capability of set up project WBS, DBS, OBS to meet project requirement. To establish deliverable chain milestones EP phase and set up progress measurement format.
Project performance analysis and management for risk, earn value and strategy. To indicate project concerns/risks and to propose mitigation measurement.
