To continue working in the field of Project Management with special emphasis in the field of Planning & Scheduling works. To expose on a different field of project planning, including all phases of construction planning, cost analysis, planning management and others.
- Involved in planning activities for the removal and reinstallation of all SRV in Dukhan fields of Qatar Petroleum Plants, such as ARAB D, Katiyah Plants, Fahahil Plants, Khuffs, Powered Water Injection plants, Degassing Stations, Clusters, Manifolds, others. Provides weekly and monthly progress reports to operation planning department at QP.
- Involved on the expansion start up schedule development and progress monitoring on Process Train Facilities, Utility Plant, inlet receiving area, Sulfur Recovery Unit.
- Prepare detailed per phase start up sequenced for each unit/systems.
- Identify schedule constraints and effect on total project schedule.
- Monitor and report critical path and schedule performance of the total project.
- Perform project schedule analysis and studies of problem areas to determine criticality of schedule activities.
- Prepare and coordinate presentation of planning and scheduling information to management/client.
- Provide weekly and monthly updates on scheduling information for the monthly progress report.
- Recommend alternatives for schedule improvement to project team for discussion and/or decision.
- Prepare "Look-Ahead" schedule on a weekly basis.
- Attend progress meetings with all field subcontractors.
- Involve on manpower loading the project and forecasting the labor requirements.
- Work with subcontractors to develop and maintain plans and schedules.
Interface with all parties involved in the project.
