I am currently working on the Panama Canal Expansion program for the past 2.5 years but I am interested in relocating to Australia.
I have been working as a leading program management consultant on some of the biggest projects for over nine years. My areas of expertise include setting up Program Management Offices (PMOs), establishing the project controls system from the ground up, Earned Value tracking, project and resource prioritization/optimization and portfolio management, managing multiple projects, managing inter-project dependencies and skill based resource allocation.
