I am a hard working and conscientious professional, outgoing and resourceful. I am very adaptable, able to improvise and “think outside of the box”. I have worked in various sectors for the Construction/Rail Industry, obtaining skills, experience and understanding at all levels. I am able to communicate at all levels and have the ability to liaise and negotiate with Colleagues, Sub-contractors and Clients.
My previous experience includes but is not limited to Rail, Light Rail and Construction Projects. Working in Operations, Blockade and Possession Planning, Project Planning and Tendering. The majority of the programmes I have created in the past have been Multi Discipline and Fully Integrated.
Most recently I have been working within the NEC3 Contract format for Tender Programme preparation and primarily I have been using Primavera P3e/P5/P6/P6.2.
I am familiar with Resource/Cost loading and I am able to run Critical Path analysis manually as well as following the software protocols. I am also familiar with Risk Analysis and Earned Value.
