1. Establish Cost control system including base lines for project, AFE preparation for wells, Budget preparation
2. Ensure cost control work activities are performed and documented
3. Consolidate project cost control reports reconciling forecast vs actual/incurred costs, analyzing progress to date and making recommendations as to forecast cost projections while meeting critical deadlines
4. Preparation & Monitoring the Project master schedule and planning Networks.
5. Monitoring project sub-contracts/vendors schedules.
6. Advising management of any problems in respect to schedule & cost overrun and taking steps to ensure corrective actions.
7. Creating ad-hoc reports for project requirements.
8. Programming and Operating PIMS/Project Information Management System
9. Design of Data Control System, (DCS) and Supervision: Designing data base/system for handling the inflow of data recording, processing and producing periodic reports.
10. Project system design as per case requirement.
I have received some recommendation letters and certificates from my current employer and they are available upon request. All this certificates/Grades/University Grades are translated and formally approved by our foreign ministry.
