CONSTRUCTION:
I have in-depth knowledge of deep foundations and high-rise structures. My knowledge extends to pilling, concrete mixtures and reinforcing design for specific foundations, pertaining to construction challenges as inaccessible terrain (hard rock, clay, perma frost and sand).
My knowledge in project management, site management, planning, estimating and costing is an added bonus concerning problem solving, completion dates, general day-to-day management and the interaction between clients, management and staff or contractors. This ensures a streamlined operation standard which is vital in the construction field.
I also have extensive knowledge in the planning arena e.g. scheduling, execution and maintenance of the particular program / plan. The conversion and processing of figures into statistical history is one of my strong points, my attention to detail is of utmost value, my ability to interpret and execute a contract I would state, is the most valuable attribute a company is looking for in a employee in this field.
