Dear Sir/Madam,
I have extensive construction experience from inception to completion with an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Asta Powerproject, Tilos, Primervera 3 & 5 and have interrogated programmes in Primervera 3e and 6. I have worked in an independent planning capacity learning to adapt and overcome potential challenges at the onset creating robust tender stage programmes and also developing tender programmes into construction programmes maintaining and managing change until completion.
Other duties that are in my remit are creating logistics plans, scaffolding schedules, assisting with prelims cost build up, monthly progress reprting and mentoring juniors.
Several projects that i have had involvement with have required Earned Value Analysis reporting detailed narratives and graphical presentations of the projects current status regards to both cost performance and schedule performance.
I have excellent computer skills in particularly Excel and carry out my duties meticulously and methodically ensuring all details are included.
