ð  Designing and implementing effective procurement schedules along with finalising the specifications of materials and establishing the quality and quantity limits.

ð  Implementing of cost control methods, monitoring resources utilisation and allocating with respect to the network. Coordination with various service agencies like interior fit outs at site.

ð  Following up with consultant for necessary approval of shop drawings, approval of materials, etc.

ð  Preparing contract documents for various work items including contractual terms/ conditions, technical specifications and commercial terms.
