I have over 14 years experience in buildings, airport, civil infrastructure, roads and oil & gas sectors; now working with IGCS (Abu Dhabi) as Senior Planning Engineer.
Following is summary of my experience/ skills/ responsibilities/ interests:
- Establishing baseline including resource & cost loading, revising, updating the project schedule.
- Acceleration/ recovery schedule and incorporating addition, modification and change order into the program.
- Earned value analysis, preparing progress report and health of the project (time and cost aspects) in narrative, tabular and graphical formats, including cause of delay, areas of concern, lookahead, etc.
- Monitoring manpower, equipment and material utilization, subcontractors' work; following long lead critical items with procurement engineer; maintain control logs.
- Correspondence with client, subcontractor or other stakeholders when required.
- Supervise, guide, train junior site planners if required.
- Reviewing & incorporating subcontractors’ & suppliers’ schedules.
- Contribute to contract administration activities.
