• Responsible for analysing, evaluating, monitoring and updating of information of different Project Control Work Area in preparation
with the Daily, Weekly and Monthly Progress Status Report.
• Responsible for coordination with different Construction Category Chief on its Daily, Weekly and Monthly Status Report including its
preparation of series of S-curve graphs and bar charts for Project Control Work Area Schedules.
• Assisting in preparation, updating, monitoring of Project Overall Master Schedule Plan as well as other work schedules that maybe
required by the project management and the clients.
• Responsible for up-keeping, maintenance, protocol and operation of Construction Management System - Local Area Network
System (LAN) for all database information on Piping Materials, Inspection, Documentation, Equipment, System Turnover Control,
Test Pack, Field MTO, Painting, etc. This includes data loading of piping materials in the system, checking and restoring of data
information on all databases.
• Previously responsible for preparation, updating, monitoring of Vendor Specialist Status and Schedule Control including issuance,
transmittal and coordination from different Construction Category Chief on notice of
