• Responsible for checking of revision as prepared on drawing plan for Process and Instruments Diagrams and translates its
revision on compiled Master Plan needed for turnover system databases.
• Responsible checking of all listed items on system definition sheets, i.e., equipments, relief valves, electrical and instruments, visà-
vis to the latest revision of Process & Instruments Diagrams and prepares any corresponding revision, amendments on its
database prior to finalization of reports
• Responsible for compilations of revised copies of drawing plan of Process & Instruments Diagrams as well as its Master Plan.
• Responsible for compilations of subcontractor Daily Manpower Reports and prepares/updates subcontractor Weekly Manpower
Reports.
• R esponsible for preparations of Manpower data inputs (direct and indirect labour)\, for the Construction Management System
(CMS) database and prepares its Monthly Manpower Reports.
• Responsible for coordinating with Project Site Material Controller and gathers its downloaded database of Marian Version 5.3.1
Material Management and Controls on preparation, revision of Equipment Lists on sites.
• Assistance to Planning Engineer in gathering data's, preparations, modification and revision of Weekly / Monthly Reports on
Engineering, Procurements, Constructions and Commissioning phases of activities.
