• Responsible for all planning and scheduling activities for all company’s on-going and new projects.
• Responsible for the preparation of master and detailed engineering, construction and commissioning schedule, cost forecasting
and budget control as well as preparation of management reports,
• Responsible for ensuring project implementation is being carried out in accordance with the project specifications that are within the
budget and originally planned schedule.
• Monitors and analyses project plans, schedules, progress, resource utilization etc. submitted by the disciplines engineers and
recommends corrective actions as necessary required.
• Assists project management team in developing its commissioning schedule activities as well as its contents / formats for project
close out reports.
• Assistance to project disciplines, procurement and subcontract activities in execution of project implementation and monitoring
activities.
• Perform other activities that may necessary required for project implementation & commissioning works.
