Senior Planner, Bouchamaoui Industries, NAWARA PIPELINES (EPCC project of 370 KM gas pipeline

Project: NAWARA PIPELINES (EPCC project of 370 KM gas pipeline, 12 Valve Stations, GTP GasTreatment Plant and CPF Central Processing Facility) in South Tunisia

Client: OMV/ETAP.

Main roles consist of:



· Follow site installation activities for all disciplines (Civil, electrical, mechanical, Instrumentation)

· Follow work progress and resources for internal Team and subcontractors

· Analyze project requirement and update project master Schedule using PRIMAVERA P6

· Monitor and report progress against Schedule 

· Prepare weekly and monthly schedule reporting

· Analyze schedule deviations and determine impact to project delivery

· Prepare manpower loading and work breakdown structures

· Conduct schedule risk analysis and propose actions where required

· Prepare and maintain relevant progress curves
