I have Nine years of Project Planning, scheduling and Project Controlswith a strong Engineering experience in Power Generation (Open Cycle Gas Turbine and Combined Cycle Gas Turbine CCGT modes of operation), Oil & Gas and Construction industries working in various aspects which include tendering, Front End Engineering Design (FEED) and Engineering, Procurement and Construction projects (EPC). I have developed strong organisational/team working skills through working on life projects. I am fully experienced in creating and implementing multi-level planning programmes from detail design through construction, commissioning and handover. Fully conversant with the daily use, optimizationof major project management planning tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, (P3), (P5) and (P6) to project specific requirements.
I have gained experienced in delivering EPC Projects (Incorporating Work Package plans into the Master schedule, which shows the hierarchical Work Breakdown structure thereby rationalizing the work into recognizable structure to facilitate reporting and control). I have co-ordinated inputs to project plans from sub-contractors, ensuring appropriate standards are met. I possess interpersonal skills and I effectively communicate programmes and schedule requirements to the project team. I have successfully implemented the use of earned value metrics, key performance indicators for validation of progress measurement. I have interfaced with clients while providing planning services in Africa, Middle East and UK.
