I have spent 13 years in working with London Transport, of which the last five years have spent with London Underground as a Project Planning Manager for the Operational Upgrades project involving new/upgrade rolling stock, new service control centre and refurbished Underground Stations.
My role has involved developing and implementing of detailed Operational Readiness plan and ensuring over 300 (Station, Train operators and Service control) staff have been trained in time before the system upgrade
I possess excellent interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills, as well as a strong analytical mind. I am a highly motivated, extremely hardworking person who is attentive to detail and eager to learn and acquire new skills. I am an excellent team player and posses the ability to interact with people of diverse cultures. My experience working with the Operational Upgrade project involved multi-discipline management. I have the ability to identify the project slippage at earliest moment and analyse its impact towards programme.
