I have been working as a Senior Planning and Cost Control Engineer for the past 5 years. Currently I am holding a position of Leading Planning and Cost Control Engineer at Ukraine`s largest construction project (Boryspil State International Airport Development Project, Project Value / 465.000.000 USD
Briefly my responsibilities include but are not limited with the following;
· Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring and Cost Control of Projects by using Primavera Project Planner (P6 and P3 versions) and enterprise resource planning software program,
· Preparing budgets for the entire construction process, the baseline work schedule and updating it on a regular basis according to the progress.
· Constant monitoring of costs by matching the actual against contractual amounts.
· Preparing monthly cash-flow forecasts and exercising cost control and reporting to the Project Management- Executive Board Of Company throughout all project.
· Analyzing budget variations, cost-benefit analysis and budget forecast.
