I have California Contractors Licenses for A1 Engineering Construction and B1 General Building Construction, as well as a California Real Estate License for development and suppport.

At this time I am completing a position as Sr. PCM and Project Manager on a DTRA BTRC Laboratory in Kazakhstan, which is a FIDIC based contract. The past 7 years I have been in Czech Republic, Finland, UK, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, Russia, Nigeria, and Kazakhstan working on as Contracts, PM, or PCM on programs in Nuclear, Telecomm, Power, Airport, Highway, Oil, Gas, and Capital Facilities. These were Programs that were in distress in Project Controls, Contracts, or Project Management and all were successfully turned around through the experience I was able to present on issues of Contract Default, Payment, Schedule, and Project Management. In all cases technical writing, presentation, and direct involvement with the Client was required. With over 20 years of international experience 10 years in Middle East and 10 years in the Former Soviet Union implementing FIDIC Contracts having completed EBRD, Red, and Orange FIDIC training as well as being a trainer in these programs. During this time I have also helped implement safety programs working with clients and contractors that have over 4 million man hours with no lost time. In my career of managing programs I have exceed 10 million man hours with no lost time. As I am completing my assignment I am looking for a more stable position that allows for preventing, not just fixing problems. Please see my attached CV for your consideration.
