Manage the Technical support team to ensure maximum support is provided to Plant Operation
Monitor the implementation of Maintenance system for running Plant.
Monitor the details in Maintenance system with respect to 2 year spare parts, insurance spare parts, consumables, maintenance instructions, service agreements with vendors, technical documentation for operation, maintenance techniques (preventive maintenance, condition monitoring and RBI) etc
Monitor the progress of Technical change proposals.
Monitor the shut down report analysis and close out.
Monitor the long term maintenance plan and its execution.
Monitor the lesson learned list prepared based on technical change proposal, shut down review, survey / audit reports etc. and provide this to Engineering and Projects to be considered for new Projects.
Identify the areas of spares / service agreements required and initiate the agreement.
Liaise with procurement and Legal for spares / service agreements.
Liaise with HSSE for any HSSE related issues and matters.
Liaise with Asset managers and OMs in terms of maintenance and technical support for all equipment.
Provide budget requirements in terms of maintenance, long term plan including major overhauls and surveys.
Liaise with Engineering during the engineering phase of modifications / upgrade to obtain the correct information required for Maintenance system in terms of Tagging, drawings etc.
Liaise with document control centre to ensure the availability of drawings and documents for installations and they are up to date.
Liaise with Technical Manager to ensure maximum support is being given to the opertions.
Liaise with Human Resources for matters related to recruitment and welfare of team members.
Participate in Perform audits team with regard to the technical integrity of the plants
