I refer to your advertisement for the post Senior Planner at Ontario, Canada .
As a Senior Planning Professional I have been associated with large projects for the past 15 years. For the last 5 1/2 years, I have been involved with Oil & Gas projects in the Canadian Oil sands. This has provided me an opportunity to work with one of the reputed Industrial Contractors in Canada. Over the years I have successfully engaged with the Planning and Controls aspect of large commercial projects. Of significant importance was my engagement in Time Impact Analysis for a client that I previously worked on that helped in substantial cost savings to the project.
In my past jobs I have worked on the following - to name a few:
- Development of fully networked schedule with Critical Path
- Resource loading of Schedules
- Generation of Manpower Distribution Histograms and S-curves
- Comparison of Actuals progress with Approved Baseline Planned progress
- Identify causes of deviation and suggest mitigation methods
- Time Impact Analysis and root cause analysis
