2003 – Current SENIOR PLANNING/SCHEDULER ENGINEER
Introduction of MEX CMMS PM Program for the Maintenance Department OF Al-Mobty Co. in Saudi Arabia, Al-Mobty is a company responsible for the maintenance of the railroad network in Saudi Arabia and my job is to implement a Computerized Maintenance Management System to control, organize and reduce cost for the MD. Al-Mobty has about 5000 assets and required a better assets control. My job is to obtain all the assets for the Railways System including client’s asset like SAR AND SRO (Saudi Arabia Railways and Saudi Railways Organization) also other clients like Saudi Aramco.
Develop the best Shutdown Schedules for the Major Events for the companies like Tyco Water, Caltex, Incitec Pivot, Darwin LNG, and Inter Oil in PNG and BHP Billiton in Nelson Point, Port Hedland, Kalgoorlie KNC, KNS and Olympic Dam, total of 15 Major Events and 65 Minor Shutdowns and projects using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project 2003 – 2010 and Risk analysis (PERTMASTER). Liaison with Contractors and SubContractors thru the analysis of the schedules and works to be carry on during the shuts.
Working with the SOW and WO preparing the Workpacks and tagging of equipment’s to be repaired, exchanged or replaced; preparing the schedules from level 2 to level 5, OBS, EPS and WBS assignments, allocation of resources, Critical path analysis, creation of S-Curve and process, progress and control reporting with defined reports.
Cost control, applying the metrics to check the progress up to date and evaluate, recommend and report, Earned Value, Planned Value, Cost Variance, Schedule Variance, Estimate at Complete, Estimate to Complete, Variance at Complete, CPI and SPI.
