Bachelor of Engineering qualified Civil Engineer Professional with 9 years of experience in Project Management (both pre-contract and post-contract activities phases) and specialty in Project Controls - Programming, Scheduling, Evaluations, Documentation, and Quality Assurance.
Commenced GGC experience in Dubai for the last 8 years and been deputed by the company to work in Oman for 4 months. Due to the downturn in local property market, many companies are believed to be restructuring with a keen view to capitalize on future. I have extensive proven hands-on functional, technical, and project management experience in lateral development (356 no of high profile villas) on Saadiyat island, super high-rise towers (Al Mas Tower, JLT), Master Planned Developments (City of Arabia, and Nakheel Jumeirah Village South),high profile Renovation projects (Grand Hyatt Dubai) and Prestigious high profile villas at saadiyat Island.
Core expertise is many years of academic followed by professional work and application of project management software including Primavera- P6, P3-3.1 and MS Project. To my credit I have prepared and critiqued Clause programmers with tens of thousands of activities. Schooled in timeless principles of TQM (Total Quality Management), and the old adage “Plan the Work and Work the Plan”!
