Using scope documentation and drawings to create detailed draft programmes and then working with the delivery team to fine tune to include sufficient detail that the programme can be used in the day to day delivery of tasks. Fully loading the programme with resource and all costs broken down to activity level, and proactively working and monitoring with the delivery team and reporting progress back to senior management level to include EVA.
