Since graduating from University in 2005 with taking the year in industry option, I have now gained 6 and a half years experience working with Laing O’Rourke construction north UK. Working on 9 projects on site in total, my main role has been within the planning department. Throughout my employment with Laing O’Rourke I have gained essential skills in providing project teams with the planning function from pre-construction to handover, to which I thoroughly enjoy and wish to pursue as a career.
