For the past eighteen (19) years, I have been working on various Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Cement Sector projects, demonstrating effective implementation of Project Planning and Project Control.
My familiarity includes working experience in Primavera, Microsoft Project, and related Microsoft Office tools and other software’s.
My duties include but not limited to:
Involvement as Planning Engineer in Project Kick-off Meeting, Review and evaluation of Project Execution Plan, Resources deployment evaluation, Prepare/Review and evaluation of Network logics, Critical activities and constraints, Review/comments to work scope alignment, Defining Milestones, Participation in Contract Reviews, Prepare/review/analyze Project reports, reporting/monitoring systems, Review of Master Plans of Construction Contractors, Review/Establishment of weightages & WBS structure, CPM and PERT Reviews, Review/analysis of Manpower & Material Loading, Alignment of Subcontractor Schedule in line with Overall Project Schedule, Prepare/review/analysis of Look Ahead Plans, Cash Flow recommendation & analysis, Suggest/prepare/review Recovery Plans, Review/formalize variation orders, Assist/perform material reconciliation, Ensure spares parts delivery, Absorb/review/recommend Lessons Learnt, Support/perform technical & financial Project Close-out etc.
Also I worked as Project Manager from contractor side on an EPC Project for Saudi Aramco, listed under Major projects handled list at serial number 4.

- Miscellaneous Capital Projects under Site Projects Dept. of SABIC Engineering & Project Management at Fertilizer Unit (SAFCO, Al-Bayrouni, Ibn Al Baytar Plants) related to Plant modification/ debottlenecking /Process & Utilities, Saudi Arabia.
- Common Facility Upgrade Project, Saudi European Petrochemical Company, Saudi Arabia.
- Accra Plans Depot Expansion Strategic Petroleum Product Storage Project, Zakhem International Construction Ltd. Ghana (West Africa).
- Design, Fabrication & Erection of Fixed and Floating Roof Gasoline & Diesel Storage Tanks for Saudi Aramco, Saudi Arabia.
- Modernization of Cement Milling Plant Project-5, Eastern Province Cement Company, Saudi Arabia.
- Design, Fabrication and Erection of Fixed and Floating Roof Tanks for Gulf Farabi Petrochemical Company Limited , Saudi Arabia.
