Junior Product Planner / Category Manager
Gathering insights from data to understand and forecast the demand
- Analyze buying patterns and benchmark competitors to identify customers’ need
- Translate internal and external data into knowledge to build action plan
- Set regional targets together with the Site Manager
Portfolio management for Italy, Spain and Portugal
- Develop the offers based on market analysis and travel trends
- Improve offers based on travelers feedback (NPS, Hotjar)
- Follow up on KPI’s to measure the portfolio performance
Team coordinator
- Organize and host weekly, monthly and quarterly meeting for each region
- Coordinate and liaise with Editing, Account Managers, Customer service and Marketing teams
- Implement new processes to ensure optimal output of the categories
