I am a B.Sc. Mechanical Engineer and for the past 25 years, I have provided project management services to the mining and building industries both as an employee and for the last 18 years on a consulting basis. These services have included but not been limited to the overall project management ,planning cost control ,project close out ,contract claims .Depending on whether I have acted on behalf of a client or subcontractor this has involved extensive analysis in the cased of the former and preparation and compilation in the case of the latter. I have been involved in approximately 30 plus different projects from feasibility through to commissioning. I believe that my extensive experience has given me the knowledge to manage and advise on the execution of a wide range of projects and as such am able to provide valuable input to ensuring that projects are executed as per contractual requirements and meet both client an contractor expectations with respect to time and costs.I am able to provide direction in the decision making process and in evaluating the status of projects and how to move them forward.I have an excellent understanding of the corporate and project interface and the need to translate the corporate objective in to project deliverables.
