- Make and update all the Diagrams , Histograms for the recourse used on site , manpower loading , manpower Requirements for each package under make control schedules and Diagrams to can monitor the site situation in the best way
- Follow all the planning submittals and letters
- Make the update take off material that been used on site to know the status for the material issues (in each weekly report)
- Follow & Control all the Daily reports for each package day by day to put may company in the safe side with the other contractors and to monitor the site day by day
- Make the Productivity ratefor each package to build protect & professional program
- Make and build the Presentation for each project to review it with our management team every month
- Leading the planning team and in charge for all the planning works and issues.
