I am a projects section head Engineer for Projects Management in a construction offshore services company.
I am 10 years experience in offshore works [laying of sub-sea pipelines, laying of sub-marine cables, installation of offshore platforms (Jackets and Decks),piping modification works on existing platforms].
I manage 8 engineers in my department.
My current position in the running projects is a deputy project manager.
My role and responsibilities are:
- Management of the Project, maximizing contributions and meeting contractual obligations and schedules.
- Manage stakeholder expectations.
- Manage project procurement.
- Develop, Review and Manage project risk register by cooperation with PMT.
- Manage Project Team.
