Responsibilities:
- Develop WBS Primavera baseline program, cost loaded, resource allocated, and addressing summary milestones .And maintain the program.
- Integrate well organized and linked reporting systems (Primavera update, Trend analysis, resource leveling, KPI’s, Earned value, Productivity & cash flow).
- Generate cost control reports based on work packages and cost accounts and reflecting in monthly dashboards.
- Prepare and present the monthly client meeting presentation.
- Analyze the delays, proposing mitigation strategies/Action plans with joint effort of project managers and make recovery programs.
- Extension of time claims preparation and revise the programs.
- Sub-contractors programs review and interlink with the baseline program, sub-contractors progress monitoring, reporting and addressing the areas of concern.
- Logistics, sequence solutions and co-ordination focusing on the scope of work.
- Milestones Certificates, Close out report and As-built programme.
