Familiar with FIDIC forms of construction contract.
Strong skills in Delay Notifications/Analysis
Excellent interpersonal skills, able to relate and deal with Client or Client’s representative Project Manager, property developers, architects and consulting engineers, main-contractors, specialized sub-contractors.
Programme related experience in risk identification, assessment and mitigation analysis.
