My background and qualifications seem relevant to your requirements, and I emphasises how I can work as an individual and as part of a team. As a Project Planner at British Nuclear Group, I have been involved in multiple Projects involving the Life Cycle and strategies implemented by the company.
My Role consists of liaising with the projects team to agree with stakeholders on scheduled activities with logic to present a Life Time Plan (LTP) with a disciplined approach to achieving a prescribed goal.
Accounting records are kept on a PS Project System (SAP) data base, and are also backed up by a hard copy in a filing system, enabling queries and searches to be answered in an effective and manageable format.
This administration procedure ran in conjunction with the P3e Planning and controlling software which monitors and records all phases of any project. All information is recorded and archived for past, future and ongoing projects identifiable by a unique account or project number accessible for the whole department
I have 5 years experience in a diversified administrative record keeping environment, demonstrating effectiveness handling complex projects developing strong internal and external customer relations, and responding to department and customer needs.
My planning and organisational skills are good, and I have the motivation and ability to adapt to new environments and learn new skills very quickly and suitable for this position.
