I have an experience of 16+ years in Projects Planning, Variation Orders and EOT Claims. I have worked in many countries like Nigeria, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates on the projects include High Rise Buildings, Airport, 28Km Gas Pipeline, 40Km D.I. Water Pipeline, 4.2Km R.C.C. Water Conduit, R.C.C. Water Reservoir, Hospital and Utilities Systems.
My key Responsibilities were
- Preparation of Master schedule including MEP works, Façade System and Conveying system
- Preparation of EOT Claims and analysis
- Development of Baseline Man-hours Histogram and S-Curve
- Development of Baseline Cost S-Curve
- Preparation of Cost Variations and Claims
- Updating and modify schedules periodically and as per variations
- Progress monitoring and producing Weekly /Monthly Progress Reports
