In addition to this I also had responsibility for detailed plans to produce 3 of the control systems which included the day to day updates and modifications to the plans plus detailed break down of critical activities (critical path analysis) to be able to drive the production of these systems from conception to completion in a managed EPC Environment.In addition I facilitated a weekly meeting with the management team to control the resources for the FAT in Newhouse, constantly reviewing and correcting the requirement.
