I worked for ZADCO, a UAE Government Oil Company engaged in E&P Abu Dhabi, UAE for their Brownfield projects located at Zirku Island on a 28/28 rotation cycle. I was with Anadarko Petroleum Corporation at their PMT office at Milan, Italy; before joining ZADCO.
I have 20 years’ experience in diverse and varied functional areas of Project Control (Planning & Cost Control), Project Management and Delay Analysis/Time Impact Analysis with strong background of well-dedicated service in Upstream & Downstream levels of Oil & Gas – Exploration & Production - Onshore/Offshore for both Greenfield and Brownfield - CPF, FGS, FPSO Topsides, MOPU, Refineries, Power & Desalination Plants etc. and have worked across Middle East, Europe & Africa.
I supported tendering activities (including tender preparation, pre-qualification, bid evaluation and award) for FEED & EPIC contracts in the areas of project planning, scheduling, control and reporting in coordination with PMT
I prepared Forensic delay analysis (window analysis & CPM) which incorporates the effect of the Contracting Authority’s delays, Contractor’s Delays and the Contractor’s progress over the periods of time, referred to as Windows or ‘Time Slices’, which are analyzed throughout the period of the project. Our team work of authentic delay analysis saved the Company multi Million Dollars which was claimed by the Contractor.
Also, I have hands on experience in Development, issue, control and progressing of Project plans, preparation of WBS, Resource loading, Progress curves & Manpower Histograms, Interface Management in different phases like Engineering & Procurement, Construction, Commissioning & Hook up and the project integrity was closely being monitored by Critical Path Method (CPM)
In addition to that, I have experience in Risk Analysis, Claim Analysis and Project Close out
