With reference to job posted at linkedin.com I would like to apply for the above-mentioned job keeping in view that I full filled all the prerequisite except not direct work at hospital but having experience of two Mega Airport Facilities development (KAIA, Jeddah and NDIA now known as Hamad, Doha). I do not tend to apply only because have the knowledge of all the four (04)-major function of project control department
1. Planning, Scheduling and Monitoring
2. Cost Controlling
3. Risk and Change Management
4. Document Controlling
The main reason to apply that I had exercise and applied all above function in a sufficient manner on pervious projects for successful completion in terms of cost and time, as well as the interests of all stack-holders from Owner to sub-contractors managed in the favor of project.

With MBA in Project Management, Certified cost professional (CCP) and project management professional (PMP), Graduation in Statistics, Bachelor in Mechanical Technology & Diploma in Computer sciences, more than 22 years proven experience in Oil & Gas, heavy industry and infra structure sectors with the top EPC, Construction & Plant Maintenance Organization such as (Foster Wheeler England, Marubeni Corporation Japan, Babcock & Wilcox USA, SBG-PCM, Snamprogetti in Saudia , CPECC in Algeria, UAE and China , ADCC/JV in Qatar, LAFARGE in Russia, DESCON, HRL in Pakistan and now as Project Control Manager in Algeria with China Petroleum @ Rehabilitation and Adaptation Project (Algiers Refinary).
Furthermore, I am approved Project Control Specialist from three Major operators of Oil & gas sector (Saudia Aramco As Sr, Project Control Engineer and Project Control Manager from ADCO and Sonatrach)
Moreover, I have a strong hand on Project Planning softwares especially Primavera, MS project and inhouse Monitoring softwares of various EPC companies Saipem/Snamprogetti (PROM, COPR & SICON), Descon in house software (SMS, DPMS, IRupdate). I have also good command on MS Excel, MS Access, Powerpoint and other office tools mandatory for routine work
