I have been working on large scale international Power Generation projects since 2005. During this period I have been involved in a construction of power plants with total output of 5600MW – including 2000MW Combined Cycle Power Plant, 460MW Coal Fired Power Plant and two large 1600MW coal plants. I was working for EPC/EPCM contractors with a lot of exposure towards the Client and Stakeholders. Working with contractors from Eastern Europe, Middle East and Western Europe gave me an excellent reference base for future projects and unique experience.
I have spent majority of time working onsite developing and maintaining detail construction and commissioning schedules, developing and monitoring progress measurement systems and reporting progress to internal and external clients. Currently I am working as Lead Project Planner leading small team of planners, overseeing schedule and progress reporting (progress curves, quantity installation schedules, manpower histograms, productivity etc.)
I am constantly working on my personal development and I am always trying to introduce the most efficient and fundamental planning processes in order to deliver on time good quality information to Project Management Team.
