TECHNICAL & EXECUTION
· Proficient in large value EPC projects independently and integrated planning to all projects including the materials, equipment, fabrication, erection, pre-commissioning and subcontractors work packages.
· Secure a challenging engineering and construction position in the field of Industrial projects, Infra-structure projects and Airport projects.
o Industrial Projects
§ Performed construction and planning work for the steel structure / pipe fabrication, module / process skids assembly, pipe racks and process rack installation, on-site utility / process / rack piping installations, equipment assembly / installation, piping / equipment insulation and structural fireproofing, heavy equipment pre-dressing, material handling and turnover systems / pre-commissioning works.
o Infra-structure Projects
§ Constructed, planned, monitored and scheduled the work for heavy civil structures and installed equipments for sewage treatment plants from inlet pumping stations, sedimentation tanks, aeration tanks, digesters, power sub-stations till process / control buildings.
§ Constructed / installed heavy steel structure / supports for water pumping stations / evaporator in power stations.
§ Performed and involved in Asset management for sewage treatment plants for potable type packages till process plants for effluent production.
o Airports
§ Constructed, planned, monitored and scheduled the work for new airports facilities like ATM building, ATC tower, PTB, Arrival / Departure Concourses as well rehabilitated of existing airport facilities under operation buildings / facilities.
§ Installed ATC/ATM system, baggage handling systems, air bridges, docking systems, airfield operations / buildings and maintenance facilities.
· Project liaison with client, colleague, senior managers and other third party.
· Reviewed contract, scope of work, IFC drawing and all relevant specifications
· Better understanding of technical issues for engineering detailing works, P&ID, PFD.
· Liaison design changes, clarifications, and technical/engineering issues with the clients/subcontractors.
· Delivering results in time, and to the highest specifications.
PROJECT CONTROL / PLANNING
· Received assignment of project from Project Control Manager, discuss and agree parameters and technical details. Studied the contract documents and developed the preparation of the Integrated Project Schedule include all contractual and key milestones of the project, reflecting the project WBS / Activity Codes / Critical Path and detailed the logic sequence of all activities represented the project phases, disciplines and sub-disciplines.Incorporated resource and cost loading data into schedule.
· Developed schedules from L1 till L3 in Master / Executive, Summary and Detail Layouts and further map-out or created short-term schedule in accordance with the project baseline.
- Coordinated in all stages of project from schematic / preliminary design till detail design of project, coordinate and monitor the procurement activities for long lead item and construction activities.
- Prepared progress monitoring daily, weekly and monthly reports, KPI’s, histograms, S-curves, plans and maintain updated schedule in Primavera / MS Project with determine field actual inputs. Monitor and forecast potential delays and record delays and gaps in comparison to the project baseline.
- Monitored Critical Path and coordinated subcontractors to maintain progress.
- Analyzed and reviewed project reports/project schedule to identify deviations/risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Attended site weekly and monthly progress / technical meetings.
