This position particularly addressed the project planning and scheduling activities, which would complement my present and previous activities of more than 18 years of progressive experiences in the field of project construction and controls.

· Negotiating difficult decisions with client, colleague, senior managers and other third party.
· Delivering results in time, and to the highest specifications.
· Developing accurate and achievable project plans, schedules, CPMS, PMS, TO system completion and monitoring, etc.
· Generate monitoring reports, resource analysis, histograms, S-curves and plans, etc.
· Monitor Critical Path and coordinate contractor manpower to maintain progress in Primavera. Maintain updated schedule in Primavera.
· Determine field progress and input actual in Primavera.
· Proficient in large value EPC projects independently and integrated planning to all projects including the materials, equipment, fabrication, subcontractors work packages.
· Better understanding of technical issues for engineering detailing works, P&ID, PFD, advance approaches of fabrication works, erection works, procurement and logistics.
