Prepared BL programs in Primavera P6 v8.4 & above at tendering stage , pre- construction stage & post construction stage. Include from L1 till L3 in Master / Executive, Summary and Detail Layouts.
Analyzed and reviewed project reports/project schedule to identify deviations/risks and recommend corrective actions. Involved in preparation of EOT & claims.
Prepared the pre-commissioning, turnover, commissioning, start up and test run schedules& plans with the assistance of the Commissioning Leader
Coordinated the site activities and communicate with Sub-contractors, Project Management, Procurement & Purchasing
Construction & Installation work for the steel structure / pipe fabrication, module / process skids assembly, process rack installation, equipment installation, material handling and turnover systems & pre-commission works.
Liaison design changes, clarifications, and technical/engineering issues with the clients/subcontractors.
Lead the team, Mentoring & ensured all project controls instruction were applied.
Proficient in large value EPC projects independently and integrated planning to all projects including the materials, equipment, fabrication, subcontractors work packages.
Better understanding of technical issues for engineering detailing works, advance approaches of fabrication works, erection works, procurement and logistics.
