Project Planning: prepare WBS, prepare Measurement Progress Procedure, prepare project schedule using CPM Techniques by Primavera software (P3/P6), Primavera P6 Key User, prepare progress S-curve and tables, follow up the project schedule by preparing interval updates
Earned Value and Delay Analyses, Time Impact Analysis and Recovery Plans
