Having a Masters in Construction Management and 13+ years project control experience in Building (High Rises - 40+ to 80+ Storey), Infrastructure Projects and Marine Works along with my Civil Engineering degree has given me an in depth understanding of the various project planning techniques (concentrating not only on the Time aspect but also the Cost aspect of the project by closely monitoring the resources - the three M’s - Manpower, Materials and Machinery for their optimum utilization). Have considerable Budget Preparation and Earned Value Analysis experience for performance measurement and calculating EV, ATD, ETC, EAC, BAC, VAC on Project Budgets. I possess solid skills in generating and analyzing large network schedules, providing written and oral analysis. I possess well rounded experience in all aspects of project controls including planning, scheduling, and performance measurement both Critical Path Analysis and Earned Value Analysis. I am extremely proficient at the best Project Planning Software available - Primavera Project Planner (Expert level).
Claims experience: I have been involved in successful preparation of Detailed Time Extension Claims on Projects Valued above 400 Million US Dollars from Contractor's end, and also possess detailed experience of Reviewing Delay Claims working with Leading Consultants like KEO International and Clients like DAMAC Properties successfully defending Claims submitted by Claims Consultants deployed by Leading Contractors like ARABTEC. Expertise on carrying out Time Impact Analysis with detailed narrative on effect of the delay event on the Project CCS provided in the analysis.
