Over thirty years of experience in Project Management, Cost estimating, Cost Control, Scheduling and Site supervision which includes but not limited to preparation of Cash Flow, Progress Billing(checking and preparation), Cost reports, Variances preparation and compliance and cost analysis reporting.
Proficient in the following software applications: Primavera 6.2, Contract Manager(Expedition), Timberline Estimating Software, MS Office and Photoshop.
Involve in the following heavy construction, earthmoving and development projects:
Tunneling/Digging/Excavation/Removal of 4 million m3 of UG earthwork materials. Infrastructure/Utilities Development(Roads, Sewerage, Water, Drainage, Electrical distribution, Street lighting, Road Interchanges of Dubai Waterfront, Palm Jebel Ali, Palm Deira and Dubailand, Slipways and Open pit mining
Project Controls and Planning: Cost coding with contractors for project and accounts monitoring, Cost trending, Master planning incorporating schedules from subcontractor, Cost loaded schedule using Timberline integration to Primavera, ,Document and Cost Control using Contract Manager(Expedition).

Scheduling and Planning (Primavera 6.2) –15 years
· Updates and monitors PERT/CPM Schedules using Primavera 6.2 .
· Charting and analyzes schedules against Planned and Actual accomplishments
· Prepares Resource and Cost Loaded Schedule
· Supervise 8 planners to monitor the progress of all works, including the development of the critical path.
· Liaise with Subcontractors/Dept Heads for each individual schedule for incorporation to the master schedule.
· Develop cost control system Manual including document controls.
· Prepares Schedules on Transmission and Distribution Projects using Primavera and Work Orders on various projects.
· Cost Control and Preparation of Budgets, Contracts, Invoice, Change Orders, RFC’s Payment Requisitions using Primavera Expedition on all school projects including M&O projects.
· Schedule development in Telecommunication projects
· Webmaster- maintains web site using MS FrontPage and Photoshop 5
· Integrate Timberline estimating software to Primavera P3 (Cost/Resource Loaded)

· Program the TIMBERLINE estimating Work Packages for Civil, Structural, and Architectural works
including the development of the ITEMS DATABASE based on R.S. Means Database.
· Check and Authenticate Contractors Progress Billing/Variation/Change Order.
· Does costing, quantity take off, cost control, and Monthly Cost Reports.
· Does Actual Site Survey Check on Contractors Claims and Changes.
· Prepares cost/time estimate analysis on Contractors/Subcontractors Variation/Change Orders.
· Supervises & Does Detailed quantity takeoff on all buildings and infrastructure works.
· Does cost control/coding and assist Managers in cost development and Monthly Cost Reports.
· Does Weekly/Monthly Actual Site Survey Check on Changes and Accomplishments
Site supervision, Project Engineer – 9 years
· Subcontracts installation of Masonry works, carpentry, painting, roof installation, structural steel erection and all finishing works.
· Conducts Surveys and Layouts of Walls, Tile works, Plastering and Electrical post erection.
