Dear Sir/Madam,
SENIOR PLANNING MANAGER
I write to express my interest in the Senior Planning Managers job advertised on Planning Planet..
I am a citizen of Australia and currently contracting with General Electric (in Partnership with UGL and CH2M Hill JV) on the ICHTHYS LNG Project as a Project Controls Manager through my consultancy Pro-Simulae Project & Risk Management Services Pty Ltd.
I will like to point out that if employed, apart from my Project Planning and Controls skills, I am a qualified and experienced Forensic Planner and all things going well, I will be gaining an LLM in Construction Law and Arbitration by April next year. I also have extensive skills in Schedule Assurance and Risk Analysis using specialised software such as Acumen Fuse and Risk for which my Company owns a License. Finally, in the last four years, I have developed a skill in 4D and 5D (BIM) Planning and simulations. In my last 3 jobs, I have used 4D simulations to support construction method statements, delay analysis, constructability analysis, look ahead schedules and have made incalculable savings in cost, time and quality. These skill sets have seperated me from the general pool of Planners and Project Controls people all around and if employed, I will use all these skills to the success of your project. Again my Company owns a license for Autodesk Infrastructure Design Suite which includes Navisworks Manage for 4D analysis.
I am available for telephone interviews any day and if you are interested in a face to face interview, I will be in Qatar in the second week of March on my way to Ghana so I can arrange a trip to Saudi Arabia for an interview. I will also like to point out that if successful, I will need a visa to work in Saudi Arabia.
I hope my humble letter will meet your fervent consideration
Regards
John D. Adjokatse
