I am very keen to apply for the above position. I have more than 14 yrs of post
graduate experience. More than 10 yrs in planning of complex and mega civil
infrastructure works in road and rail sector in Singapore and Turkey.
I started my career as project engineer for 4 yrs before moving on to planning
and rise up the rank as planning manager and now as deputy team leader in
planning of underground rail system ( DTL3 project) in Singapore. I have work
experience with both Client and Contractor. My job scope covers all aspect of
construction planning both civil and M&E works i.e from concept study to
implementation and monitoring stage, formulation of master key dates, evaluation
of extension of time claims, carry out independent extension of time claims
assessment and arbitration proceeding.
