I am an architect specializing in project planning / scheduling, with special interest in IT applications as applicable to construction project management. Currently I am working as a senior planner. I am responsible for supporting project management and contract management teams, at a multi-project level, through continuous monitoring of physical and cost progress (through site visits and contractor progress reports evaluation) of upcoming metro and light rail systems from tender to close out stage. These contracts include utilities, civil works, structures and systems.
I am looking for changing my job as I believe taking on further challenges and expanding my knowledge base will help me achieve my goals. I would like to continue my career at an organization where innovative ideas, ongoing professional training and team work are encouraged and are embedded within the company culture. I am also a strong believer in responsibility accompanied with power to achieve. I am an active, highly motivated team player who can adapt to new environments quickly. I have completed the Project Management seminars of Irish Project Management Institute and have passed their exam to become a IPMA-C Project Manager.
